About Xhesika

I am a Conveyancing Executive within the Residential Property team at Amphlett Lissimore. Working under the supervision of Residential Property Partner Claire Pays, I manage my own caseload and guide clients through every stage of the conveyancing process.

I joined the team in March 2024 and have been working closely with Claire ever since, gaining experience across many areas of property work. I help keep clients updated throughout their transaction, complete money-laundering checks, and stay in regular contact with solicitors, agents, and brokers.

Buying or selling a home can understandably be a stressful experience. I am readily available by telephone or email to discuss any questions or concerns, and I am based in our West Wickham office should clients wish to arrange a meeting to talk things through in more detail.
