About Vursha
As a Partner based in Bromley, I specialise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity matters. I provide expert legal advice and support throughout the property transaction process. With extensive experience in this area of law, I lead a skilled team of conveyancers and manage the efficient progression of cases, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
I joined Amphlett Lissimore’s conveyancing team in 2015 as a newly qualified solicitor and have built a strong reputation within the local property market. Over the years, I have developed valuable relationships with estate agents across Bromley and South London, facilitating smooth communication and fast-moving transactions. I firmly believe in keeping all parties – clients, agents, and other professionals – up to date, ensuring a quick and efficient sale or purchase process. In 2024, I became Head of the Bromley conveyancing department, and in 2025, a Partner at the firm.
Living locally gives me an in-depth understanding of the Bromley property market and enables me to offer personalised, practical advice for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. Whether you prefer communication over the phone or in person, I am here to guide you every step of the way. I take pride in being accessible to my clients, and many first-time buyers find it especially reassuring to meet me in person at our Bromley office.
I understand how stressful moving house can be, which is why I focus on delivering a seamless, stress-free experience. My approach is proactive. I ensure the legal side of your transaction is handled efficiently, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.

Professional Relationships and Community Involvement
As a Partner, I value building strong, long‑term professional relationships within the residential property sector and the Bromley business community. I believe trusted connections are essential to delivering a consistently high level of service to clients.
Amphlett Lissimore is proud to sponsor the Above and Beyond Bromley Business Awards (ABBBAs), which I attend each year in support of local Bromley businesses and the wider community. I am also actively involved in London‑based property networking, regularly attending events such as Canary Connections, the Groundsure River Thames Cruise, and Women in Residential Property, enabling me to maintain close working relationships across the property sector and stay informed on market developments.
Alongside my professional activity, I support local and charitable initiatives, including the London Legal Walk and CASPA Bromley’s Wear Green to be Seen, and take part in informal local networking such as Bromley Curry Club and BR Networking group. This involvement reflects my commitment to the community and informs my understanding of the local property market.
