What our clients say about Tracey Cassidy
About Tracey
I am a recognised Family and Children Law Solicitor with eighteen years’ experience. Having trained and worked in Northern Ireland for seven years, I relocated to London in 2012 and have continued to specialise in Family and Children law.
As a specialist Children Panel solicitor accredited by the Law Society, I can represent children via their Cafcass Guardian or directly in both private and public law proceedings. I manage a heavy and varied caseload, particularly dealing with complex issues. I am a strong advocate, and I regularly appear in the Magistrates’, County Court, and High Court. I am known for my attention to detail and high-quality work, which has been commented on by my clients and the Judiciary.
As a member of Resolution, I am committed to following their code of practice, treating all clients and colleagues with respect, without judgment, and acting with honesty, integrity, objectivity, and to ensure the best interests of any children are prioritised.
I am based in our Crystal Palace office, but work across South London and Kent. If you require legal advice or representation, please feel free to contact me.
