She was extremely efficient, very quick to chase up queries or give advice on requests or areas we were unfamiliar with. The whole process went very smoothly from beginning to end. We found that at times, she could be difficult to contact via the telephone but was quick to answer on the email, so all queries would be answered when needed. I would definately recommend Stephanie and Amphlett Lissimore and would be more than happy to use them again.
