Shelagh O’Connell

I have worked at Amphlett Lissimore since May 2010, supporting our Private Client team and, in particular, the Head of Department across a wide range of wills and probate matters. As a Senior Client Care Executive, I am now focused on being the first point of contact for bereaved families as they navigate a difficult and unfamiliar time.

I began my legal career in 1985 and have experience across a wide range of practice areas. Over time, I found my calling in probate, where I feel I can be most helpful and supportive to our clients.

When you come to us about probate, I will usually be your first point of contact. My role is to listen, understand your needs, and explain the next steps in plain English. Whether you require a Grant of Probate only or full estate administration, I am here to help. I will guide you through the process without unnecessary legal jargon, so you always know what is happening and what to expect.

I understand that dealing with the estate of a loved one can feel overwhelming. I take pride in making the process as straightforward as possible, responding to your questions promptly, and keeping you updated throughout.
