About Shakila
Based in our Crystal Palace office, I am a Conveyancing Executive supporting Nigel Matthews’ property team. After instruction has been confirmed, I help our clients through the onboarding process by sending out initial quotes, opening their files, and completing ID and compliance checks.
Once matters are underway, I liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and clients to ensure everything progresses smoothly. I also continue to provide updates on behalf of the fee earner, keeping clients informed at every stage and making sure they feel supported throughout the process.
