What our clients say about Shaheen Marriott

About Shaheen

I am a solicitor in the childcare team at Amphlett Lissimore, based in Crystal Palace and Bromley, specialising in public children law. I support parents and grandparents when social services become involved with their family, providing clear guidance through complex legal matters. My expertise includes handling Public Law Outline (PLO) matters and assisting with Non-Molestation Orders that arise during Care Proceedings. I also have significant experience obtaining Forced Marriage Protection Orders to safeguard vulnerable individuals.

Since 2017, I have worked extensively in this area of law, representing families in complex care cases, including those involving serious non-accidental injuries and allegations of female genital mutilation. My approach is always sensitive and professional, ensuring clients feel supported through every step of the legal process.

As a member of Resolution, I am committed to following their code of practice, treating all clients with respect, empathy, and without judgment. I understand that these proceedings can be incredibly stressful for families, and I strive to provide the best possible legal and emotional support to guide them through this challenging time.

If you need legal advice or representation, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
