About Savolyn

I qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and throughout my career have been committed to the area of family law. I now specialise in care proceedings and regularly represent clients where there are issues relating to neglect , drug and alcohol misuse, physical and emotional abuse and non accidental injury. I have also been instructed by the Official Solicitor to represent vulnerable clients.

In addition I have considerable experience in the representation of clients in matrimonial matters, contact and residence disputes, issues relating to special guardianship and applications for non molestation injunctions.

I am a member of the Law Society Children Panel which allows me to represent both parents and children in care proceedings.

In order to provide a seamless and quality service to my clients I undertake most of my own advocacy at court hearings. This utilises my in-depth knowledge of my client’s case, therefore achieving the best possible outcome.
