This was my fourth house move, so I’ve had experience with several conveyancing solicitors in the past. I was very pleased with the service I received from Amphlett Lissimore, especially the regular communication and support from Nicola Curtis, with assistance from Jasmine Dunne and supervision by Claire Pays. The team managed both my sale and purchase. During the sale, Nicola was particularly helpful in dealing with a number of queries from the buyers. She helped us remain firm and assertive, but always courteous, which meant we didn’t have to make unnecessary concessions and the sale went through smoothly. On the purchase side, Nicola also gave clear and practical advice after completion, especially around the requirement for vacant possession. Moving home can be stressful, but I found the conveyancing process with the team to be professional, efficient, and supportive from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would recommend Nicola and the West Wickham team to anyone looking for reliable conveyancing services.
