She ensured both leases (ie the one I share with my neighbour) were the same and removed all anomalies. Neelam Trikha dealt with my lease extension case for a property in which I am the tenant. In spite of a difficult landlord to negotiate with Neelam did a fantastic and was very efficient navigating all parties through the process of extension. Further, once the lease was extended she was able to assist expediting the application and lodge the new contract with Land Registry (which really helped with a re-mortgage going on at the time). I could not recommend her work more highly.

I contacted Amphlett Lissimore regarding a Statutory Lease extension on my flat. Neelam Trikha dealt with everything promptly and efficiently and kept me informed of every development throughout the process. I could not be more pleased and she did a fantastic and highly professional job. Due to the Landlord's solicitor being so rude and intransigent the matter went to a First Tier tribunal where I was represented by Daniel O'Doherty, and Neelam was also in attendance. The judge agreed with every submission that Daniel made and complimented him on his knowledge of the case. I was very impressed.
