Maria Stevens

I am a Conveyancing Paralegal at Amphlett Lissimore, based in the Bromley office.

I assist clients with the sale and purchase of their properties, primarily supporting them from the exchange of contracts through to post-completion. This includes transferring purchase funds on the day of completion, ensuring any Stamp Duty Land Tax is paid, and preparing the file for registration.

Since 2021, I have worked in firms across South East London and Bromley, gaining extensive local knowledge of the property market as well as valuable experience across all aspects of the conveyancing process. I am always happy to assist wherever needed, with a focus on delivering a high-quality and seamless service to our clients.

I will also be continuing my studies in summer 2026 by undertaking the SQE qualification alongside my work at Amphlett Lissimore, as I progress towards becoming a fully qualified solicitor.
