The service provided by Katie Brett was both professional, friendly and welcoming. All the advice she gave was done in a clear and easy to understand way with the minimum of legal jargon so that at no time during the whole process did I feel intimidated by legalese or reluctant to ask her further questions. Where do I start? Katie has been absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that her advice saved my life. I was in a pit of despair, I was anxious and depressed due to the allegations made against me. Katie has been so kind and explained everything thoroughly so I fully understood the paper work I had in front of me. I also had a bias that solicitors will try to get as much money out of you as possible. Especially as I spoke to a solicitor beforehand who had quoted an absurd amount of money for their services. Yet Katie, was the complete opposite, I know that she was helping me because she wanted to and not because there is a pay cheque at the end of it. I can’t thank her enough. I really can’t, she helped me to sleep at night and stopped me from having breakdowns sporadically throughout the day. She made me feel human again. I know that if I need any further assistance I will be straight on the phone to her. Thank you so much Katie!
