I act for both tenants and landlords in the grant of new leases, assignment of leases, grant of subleases as well as surrenders, re-grants and leasebacks.  I act for a variety of clients, ranging from sole trader landlords/tenants of commercial units, developers in the acquisition and/or disposal of development sites and commercial landlords with a portfolio of properties.  The work I do for commercial landlords is varied, and ranges from dealing with the legal side of managing an extensive property portfolio to refinancing a property portfolio. In addition to this I also deal with on-going business sales, whether as part of a property transaction or not.  I also for both buyers and sellers of property by way of auction.
