We used Claire as our conveyancer for purchasing our first home and she was incredible. Both her and her assistant were very responsive and professional and we had no doubt over the quality of her work. She responded to emails very quickly, explained the answers to our questions and on behalf of us dealt with some very stressful behaviour from other parts of the chain. Hopefully we never have to buy another house again but if we did, we will go straight back to her as she made the process a lot easier. We will also be recommending her to anyone who needs a conveyancer.

Dealing with Claire Pays has been an absolute joy from start to finish. I really can't praise her enough! She has been tireless in her helpfulness, with extraordinary attention to details, always prompt to respond fully to any query or concern I had, and professional to a tee. Both my sale and purchase turned out to be extremely complicated, but never for a moment did I lose heart or feel that I wouldn't get the best outcome as she was so clearly on the ball and quickly grasped and dealt with all the twists and turns that occured. This woman deserves a medal! Of course, she has a good team around her too, and whenever I had contact with any of them I felt I was looked after well.
