I went to the West Wickham branch in 2023. On Monday 12th January 2026 I went back to the West Wickham branch, the lady said she would get in touch with her colleague in the Crystal Palace branch. Within the hour a very nice lady called Carole Hack phoned me, we spoke a little about why I was seeking help then we made an appointment for Thursday 15th January 2026, I discussed everything with Carole, all my worries and she just made me feel better her advice is very comforting. Carole has been such an incredible support throughout an extremely challenging time and I would not have got through the ordeal of family courts, without her knowledge, support and willingness to help. Along with her assistant Yvette, Carole has always been responsive and provided help when I have requested it. On a side note, the barrister that provided representation at hearings, Michael Hayes, was also fantastic. Professional, clear and concise so I was never left in any doubt about how proceedings were to work. I cannot thank Carole and her team enough for their service.
