About Amanda

I am a Conveyancing Executive at Amphlett Lissimore and specialise in helping our clients buy and sell their property.

Since completing my Law conversion in 2020, I have been working in law firms, and have continued my studies to become a CLC Licensed Conveyancer since 2022.

As part of Claire Pays’ conveyancing team in West Wickham, I work on sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties but also have experience in dealing with repossessed property purchases and shared ownership matters. I can also help you with remortgaging and staircasing your property.

I pride myself on always keeping my clients and other parties involved in the transaction updated. This makes my clients feel less stressed about the conveyancing process as they are kept in the loop and know that I’m on top of it.
