We've been shortlisted at the Conveyancing Awards 2026

We are delighted to share that Amphlett Lissimore has been shortlisted for The Conveyancing Awards 2026!

The Awards recognise outstanding work, innovation, and commitment across the UK property sector, and celebrate the firms, professionals, housebuilders, and industry partners that shape the future of the property industry.

Amphlett Lissimore has been shortlisted for two awards:

Best Southern Conveyancing Team

Being shortlisted for the Best Southern Conveyancing Team is a real endorsement of the expertise, innovation, and client service shown by our conveyancing teams every day.

Based in Crystal Palace, Bromley, and West Wickham, our conveyancing team works across a fast‑moving and competitive Southern property market, offering clear advice, practical problem‑solving, and regular updates throughout every stage of a move. This approach is reflected in the feedback we receive from clients:

“Highly recommended conveyancer. We used Amphlett Lissimore for our recent move and would highly recommend. They were responsive, organised, and very easy to deal with. They resolved issues constructively and basically made the whole thing very straightforward”. Andy, Trustpilot.

Our conveyancing teams have built a strong reputation within the property industry and have a proven track record of excellent customer service. We are so proud to see their work recognised at these awards.

“We are thrilled to be nominated at The Conveyancing Awards! Our conveyancing team truly deserves this recognition for the care and commitment they show in making the process of buying and selling property as straightforward as possible for clients across the South of England.” – Nigel Matthews, Partner and Head of Conveyancing
