“I’m incredibly excited about my move to Amphlett Lissimore. Having worked at the firm over a decade ago, it’s so lovely to return not only as a Partner but as the Head of the Family Law Department. My aim is to continue to provide an extremely high standard of service to our existing and future clients. I have so many innovative ideas of how to develop and grow the department and I am excited for what the future holds for us all.”, said Estella Newbold-Brown.

Estella specialises in all areas of private family law. This includes, but is not limited to, divorce – including same sex marriages/civil partnership dissolutions, annulments, advising on religious divorces, and the financial aspects of the same. She frequently drafts pre and post-nuptial agreements with significant assets. In addition, Estella can advise in respect of children matters, whether this relates to contact disputes, financial claims for children, abduction or relocation cases.
