We are delighted to announce the promotion of Dipti Ahir to Partner at Amphlett Lissimore.

Dipti has been a valued member of the firm for many years within our Commercial Property department. Dipti has assisted in Compliance matters alongside her commercial property work since 2018. In 2024, Dipti took on additional responsibilities as the firm’s Risk and Compliance Manager and has made a significant contribution to our success through her dedication, expertise and commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.

Leading Risk and Compliance Across the Firm

In her new role as Partner, Dipti will lead the firm’s Risk and Compliance function, overseeing regulatory compliance, risk management, data protection, anti-money laundering requirements, and professional standards across the practice.

Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and built a wealth of experience within legal practice, Dipti brings a practical and collaborative approach to risk and compliance. Her understanding of both the regulatory landscape and the day-to-day realities of legal practice makes her ideally placed to support the firm, its people and its clients.

Commenting on her promotion, Dipti Ahir said:

“I am delighted to become a Partner at Amphlett Lissimore. Having been part of the firm for many years, it is a privilege to take on this new role and contribute to the continued development of the business. I look forward to working with colleagues across the firm to ensure we continue to deliver the highest standards of service, professionalism, and client care.”

Congratulations from the Partnership

Partner Toni Wensley added:

“Dipti’s promotion is thoroughly deserved. Her expertise in legal practice, risk, and compliance will continue to be invaluable as we support our teams and navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. We are delighted to welcome her to the partnership.”

Please join us in congratulating Dipti on this well-earned achievement.
